FAQs

You and the refer-ee will both receive your payments in your respective Xolo bank accounts once they officially become an active customer:

You and your friend will be eligible for the reward when:
 
A Xolo Go customer is considered active when they have used your referral link to sign up and earn at least €2000 by their customers to their Xolo Go account.
 
A new Xolo Leap customer is considered active when they have paid relevant state fees and the monthly payment to start their company.
 
Please note that for both products, it can take up to a month for the reward money to be credited.

Leap and Go. If you use Leap you can still refer Go, and vice-versa! 😉

Your referral link becomes visible once you've completed your account setup. If you've completed onboarding and still can't find it, drop us a line at info@xolo.io. We'll get it straightened out in no time.

Of course not! We'll also take casual acquaintances, distant relatives, people who are part of the same social groups like you or even people you low-key don't like very much. You don't even have to know them — it could be some poor solo you run into at a coworking space and strike up a conversation with — "Excuse me, I couldn't help but notice you sobbing onto that large pile of expense reports… I have just the thing for you!"
